줄거리
도쿄 시내에 괴물이 출몰했다.

더럽고 기괴한 외모에 하수구에서 신출귀몰하는 이 남자는 도쿄 시민들을 공포에 떨게 만든다.

도쿄 한복판을 아수라장으로 만든 남자는 결국 체포되고, 그를 놓고 시민들의 찬반 논란이 뜨거워진다.

A monster shows up in the downtown of Tokyo. This man who has a dirty and weird look and suddenly appears and vanished into a sewer terrifies Tokyo citizen. In the end, this man who makes downtown of Tokyo a hell is arrested, and his punishment causes a lot of controversy.
