줄거리
유정은 이제 막 계를 받은 스님이다.

첫 만행을 나가게 된 유정은 도시에 살고있는 가족을 찾는다.

그런데 아파트에 걸린 곤돌라에 아버지의 주검이 실려 내려오는 것이 아닌가? 유정은 묵묵히 슬픔을 감춘 채 아버지의 주검을 따른다.

도시에서 치러지는 주검은 빠르게 진행되고 쓸쓸함이 묻어난다.

그리고 다시 어딘가로 향하는 유정은 한없이 슬픔을 토해낼 뿐이다.

(Yu-jeong is Buddhist nun whos just given Buddhist religious commandments. For the first time after entering the temple she takes a trip to the city where her family lives. But as she arrives at home, she is faced with her fathers death and follows the funeral procession.)
연출의도. 이 영화는 출가한지 얼마 안된 젊은 비구니가 속가 부친의 주검을 따라가는 것으로 구성된다.

여기에서 주검을 다루는 도시 현대인들의 정서와 도시에서 다루는 주검에 대한 풍경에 주목하고, 인간의 근원적인 슬픔을 엿볼 것이다.

(The film presents a young Buddhist nun who follows the funeral procession of her late father in a city. It’s a glimpse of landscape -- how city dwellers deal with the dead. A fundamental sorrow of a human being can be also found in the film.)
